I know I’m not using the cotton yarn recommended in the pattern, but I’ve achieved proper gauge and I love the fabric drape of what I am making and I feel confident that the silhouette that will be created will be stunning.

Confident.

Now, it is slow going, size 5 needles and seemingly endless stockinette with minimal shaping, but it is really going to be beautiful. Truly.
