I got them at Zappos.com, and they ARE amazing. (got more compliments than the dress!) I think they were about $80 about this time last year.

All was handled amicably. Hopefully the person in the photo that committed the offense was properly reprimanded (ie: fired). My wife and I hope, that if you found this blog, that you are concerned about the public’s view of your company and how it chooses to operate – and that it is causing you to readdress your business practices. You CAN dispute the credit card charge. Signed receipt or not, it’s all automated online and you can choose the option that best describes your claim. Service was not provided, do not recognize charge, etc. Dispute it. Small claims court will cost you as much as the claim to sue.
