At work, I’ve just been promoted, officially. I’ve been doing the job for a spell, but I’ve got the new title and soon the new diggs to go with it.
I’m flabbergasted.
I’m elated.
I’m… nauseous.

Congrats! I think I might have seen you at Inman Perk the other night, but it was super-crowded and loud and I was with a large group of people. I have this terrible fear of saying hi to someone I think I know and then it is a stranger. Anyways, hello if it was you and once again, congratulations!
I am so proud of you. They made a very smart decision in promoting you for this position. Lucky them! Lucky me for having such a great kid!
