No matter. That reminds me, I do believe I am due for my period any day now- so I must go home and watch Sense and Sensibility straight away! (My current favorite “period” film. Get it?) Oh come on, was it really that bad?
I can hear my mother lamenting the fact that I made mention of my cycle in a public place, thinking that she had raised me with more sense. I suppose I might not be Elizabeth Bennett after all.
